This returning funds by a dividend needs to be addressed, we have all lost enough without having to pay tax on a loss.
I urge ALL shareholders to contact the company and insist they return funds in away that we are able to use a capital loss against.
If that means waiting a bit longer for a return do be it but at least let's get the greatest return available.
Please make this clear to management.
