Different underlying circumstances, I know, but it is like night & day reading the proxy materials for both LLL and VUL today. Vulcan’s former CEO/ now exec chairman had this to say in their proxy doc:
He has skin in the game. Hard to imagine Leo or Firefinch board members ever taking this sort of thoroughly decent stance.
