From all reports from the BOD, Leo had a very good relationship with the government and GF. If they had been honest and told the truth, a lot of investors would have taken a different view of Leos position. Simon and the rest of the BOD were hiding the truth about the real situation, and now Simon wants share holders to cover his losses and give him some cream on top. He didn't meet his targets, equals no bonus.
