This. The risks were well known before he stepped into this role. Institutional investors and equity research analysts were calling this out in 2022.
From my perspective, he simply "did his duty" as CEO. He did not go above and beyond, which deserves a ridiculously high sum. It's excessive, insulting and inconsiderate to say the least
