I agree with those voting yes to the transaction.
It's that or nothing. The junta wants us out. I don't believe it's realistic to vote no and just sit back and wait for the cheques to arrive. Ganfeng have given us a way out. We have to take it I believe.
I'll be voting no to the rest, but please think carefully before turning down an offer of real money. We're not in a position to renegotiate anything, unfortunately.
