I know a Perth based Mining Insurance Broker, & he knows that Leo was absolutely shafted by the association with FFX, Malian govt did not believe they were not connected more so than just being a spin off.
Malian Govt very hurt by the FFX debacle & had no intention of letting Leo off the hook for it.
