On the project side , I'm very happy that we are on target and actually nearly there (80% complete). Nice to have the ore ready to go. Although the company says that it may take 6 months to get to capacity production nameplate from beginning of third quarter this year, I think we can still assume a smallish cash flow in the 4th quarter this year if all goes well...

On the Mali Govt. side, well I am disappointed around the tax issue contrary to a legal document called the Establishment Agreement sighed by us. And what is behind the snail pace for the electricity permit - they have known about this for years...However, on the flip side to that, we can power the plant from day One, with our own power source and it might be nice to have that in reserve for any possible future complications around electricity supply given climate change etc, until one day hopefully we can get a solar plant etc etc.
