The JV will be liable for the import duties. Presumably a large chunk of the second tranche from the 5% sale was to fund LLL’s share.

The power permits were never approved, so imo it’s good news, not scary news, that they are now moving forward with the review.

It does suck that we don’t have any further information about the settlement with the gov, although reading between the lines they seem to implying (again) that the issues are related to Goulamina (i.e not Morila).
