Good update with project 80% complete, it is starting to take shape.

Of concern is the Government approval to run the power plant, sounds like they can commission on temporary power but need the permit for full scale operations.

To me this is just the Government playing hard ball. I very much doubt they'd delay production which would probably mean all those operational staff would have no job. Ganfeng have that purpose built conversion plant awaiting our ore, such a delay would probably go to the highest levels in China.

As I said above, the Plant has certainly taken shape since the last update, hopefully by the time they're in full production prices will have recovered from present levels. Being low cost with low debt we can still make good money at current prices.
