What percentage of the company will the Malian Government take in order to approve all permits and hand down the mining code to be followed?
Make no mistake, Mali will demand a share of the company. The only real question is, will it be 5-10%, or will it be 20-25%. Of course, this will be a negotiation, and might be THE negotiation ongoing. Hard to gauge how hardline the Malian Government will be.
