Be honest its a catch 22. Its hard i know for long term and this should of gone another way.

But say someone buys the minimum before the date, the $2000.

But then applies for $100,000 or more in the shortfall..cheeky but feasible and they get someone else cut..

Hard to police if ask me! Maybe wrong.

Anyhow...like some i was tapped out and applied for not many and as someone says in less then a month were have to companies ready to flourish.
