Without institutions becoming substantial holders, it is hard for SP to increase continuously and sustainably. The reason that institutions have not heavily bought LLL is likely due to the lack of confidence in Mali. Now, with Ganfeng's further solid support, institutions become confident and will buy LLL to become substantial holders. Let's wait and see whether we will see changes of substantial holdings in the next few weeks. Once institutions are involved, SP increase will accelerate in my opinion.
