But doesn't anybody else see this as a huge win for ganfeng( 10%Leo at underated price, 350k offtake life of mine, new refinery jv with ASX listed company sourcing the venue etc).
Sure, we get gfs experience etc. But let's not forget they are desperate for feedstock. Now they have it, plus 10% of the company at a price that a year from now will seem like the deal of the century.
Albermayle bid a huge premium for LTR, I feel we just gave 130 million shares for a price we were underrated (according to Simon himself) at.
No doubt we will go from strength to strength but mixed feelings here.
