    Why did Simon not wait after massive resource upgrade in a couple of weeks time?

    let the share price run to $1 plus on that news ONLY THEN do a placement with gangfeng at a premium at $1.10 or $1.20?????

    that would have been a 40% premium to Todays deal

    it was only 2-3 week longer wait…..

    why why why Simon why???
