Agree that we cannot have reasonably asked for much more as Ganfeng and Simon both know more than we do. Those assuming Ganfeng firstly aren't aware or wouldn't have considered and spoken about the upcoming news releases as part of this conversation are patronizing arguably the most sophisticated lithium investor in the world.

We got a fantastic deal for where we were a month ago, and as mentioned by many in this thread so far, they have done us shareholders a huge service in this show of confidence. Simon has warded off the imminent takeover threat and if we waited for the news that everyone (including us) knows is coming, it could have been at a discount or simply not happened if Ganfeng didn't see the value.

This is one of the most win-win arrangements I've seen in a long time. Congrats to holders!
