I agree, there have already been a number of reviews of the production plan, including assessments by external consultants. They were classed as solid enough to get debt financing and justify a number of CRs. It makes no sense that they are all suddenly thrown out the window now.
But if this is more than a cock-up, who stands to gain from a halving in the share price?
