Why did they hire him in the first place with his track record of leaving co's after a very short tenure?? Just goes to show that the Peter Principle is alive and well and the corporate world is very short on common sense.
The obvious choice for MD was always someone from the original team that bought the LGP. Was Dixon too busy to bite the bullet and run the thing from the get-go(?) Bet he wishes he had now...
