Something not explained in the latest release. A sudden need to review the project, need further explanation why the new board expects "pre-production capital need to be adjusted."

Read the ASX release (02-10-2017) on the DFS. A list of independent and external specialists mentioned including SRK.

"INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY REVIEW Kin engaged independent mining consultancy, SRK Consulting (Australasia) Pty Ltd (SRK) to conduct a review of its Mineral Resources, process plant capital estimates, build methodology, process plant operating costs, execution plan and metallurgical assumptions. Recommendations provided by SRK in these areas were adopted by Kin. "

All mentioned consultants and advisers are experienced.
Sprott would have reviewed this DFS work.

Further guidance is required without waiting for the final review results. Waiting 6 months will destroy
shareholder capital.
