Haven't really followed KIN too closely, started paying more attention when Sprott got involved - typically they do decent DD (eggs on that one) - although for some reason I didn't pull the trigger (can't remember why). Anyhow, from what I've quickly assessed, you can't blame the current board for the blowout, far from it. The new kids at the table have realised some big issues with the project and done the right thing - get it under control before it really goes wrong!

I nearly pulled the trigger at 15c, however, I'm inclined to wait for the flagged dilution to happen. I think that's where your board made a big mistake, they should have kept their mouths shut about capital requirements. I mean, for most people looking from the outside in the requirement for capital after a blowout is given, why flag it especially with the exact amount!?

Waiting for the dilution price and I'll be joining all of uses.
