if this ore is being bought by Chinese theyll likely spend more than they get back in revenue or the payment will be drip fed in years, blaming shipping delays, import controls, etc etc
DFC unlikely to ever provide funding due to the UAE Chem plant
However, if funding and strategic partners can be expedited and secured for US Chem plant
then maybe this will have legs
