I think you misread what I said.

I said that there is nothing stopping LPD from announcing binging cs offtake with non-disclosure of the customer. I wouldnt expect them to then go into detail about anything. There would be no requirement too. It simply informs shareholders there is a purchaser.
They could actually even discuss the reasonings for why limited information would be included in said announcement ie

• opaque market and therefore only a few consumers that prefer not be known
• if mentioning the particular chemical sale say for example sulfate it may reveal details of point one above so again non-disclosure
• market supply and demand and thus pricing - part of the deal was no disclosure on price, product or buyer.

This would inform the market and would be seen in a positive rather than negative light.

If you are actually saying that the above sort of announcement would jeopardies the project or deal can you please elaborate on why?
