This agreement has had overwhelming support for a long time now. This news will have been mostly factored in to th SP but the fact it is cemented is a small de-risk. It is the pilot plant results that will make or break LPD as we are wholly reliant on our tech. Drill results from Namibia would be nice too though, but unlikely to do anything drastic imo.
