Date of Patent lodgement please?
Why was this not stated the date of patent when this transaction was instigated? A patent approval takes time and there is no guarantee of success.
A patent for Australia means a patent for Australia only. Need patents for USA etc!!!! That is a time factor and this process is well known so is there a patent similar in the USA!
Questions not answered!!! Seems this royalty stuff a patent and patents covering worldwide usage is top priority.
