There was some fairly lengthy discussions on this and somewhere in the thread a video link from Jasox that explains how it all works, it a very interesting arrangement and well worth taking the time to understand exactly how it works. LPD maintain control of the CPA and its in both parties interest the use it during a period of attractive pricing.
