Yes, this has all been covered. I would understand if it was overlooked because of being hidden in an old unused thread but this style of raise was covered fairly quickly and extensively within the last few pages of this up to date thread. A little bit of reading was all that was needed.
There are pro's and cons but my opinion is if a raise needs to occur then this arrangement is one of the better outcomes for the company and shareholders alike.
