You have a good grasp on the situation and i understand that some may have me on ignore so it's good you share your knowledge on the topic so everyone can be on the same page. I will add that it was in one of the videos that they claim not to sell more than 20% of daily volume as not to create too much overhead pressure and alter the 'natural market'. Now, that must be taken with a grain of salt but if it's a true i would consider that a big positive. It's actually in Acuity's interest to let the SP run as they get a higher % return on shares sold.
