    Yes I do.

    No need for traditional CR as suggested by @Oscar09.

    Secondly and totally speculative with a dash of hope, if utilised the money could be used to solve the black mass equation.

    If timelines slip it's no time to be looking to raise capital. Do it during the hype and pump makes everybody a winner.
