fundamentally if the price goes up its a good deal, the example they use with LIT was a very strong positive for that company in reducing dilution for shareholders.
the red flag on this Ann is the metallurgy passenger in the Ann and zero mention of terms ie what discount to market was agreed.
the discount needs to be clarified it is materially important to the investors ability to determine the value of the credit line.
