Ill go out on a limb here and say this looks like dream finance deal to me for us.
LPD control ALL aspects of the facility and can cancel at any time WITH NO COSTS incured.
What's more is that the lender is accepting half as many shares, to tie themselves in with us, than what they could buy online for the same $7.5 mil.
Where is the dilution?
Any holders care to elucidate my understanding .
