It's basically a variation on a CR , it gives flexibility around timing and requirements but would only be of real benefit if used at higher shareprices ...it really boils down to the shareprice when or if they need it...expect any shareprice spike to be used and it would have the effect of dampening it down bit IMO.
In the end if you have plans that require spending and have no income, the outcome is reasonably predictable untill that situation changes...
