Hey Welsho54, good to see you back, your comment is well noted and makes a lot of sense. It was a bit of a wild ride today, like you say -- plenty of white noise.

I'm of the view that, I do not like this type of financial arrangement, however, you make a good point that: ' ... it puts LPD in a much better place by strengthening our negotiation positron' ... (paraphrasing your above post). I had not considered that stand-point, it makes a lot of sense.

Your point about getting the P1 plant into operation in 2022 -- I hoped that would have been towards the end of 2021, around the Q2, that seems though to have been overly optimistic. If it is 2022 lets hope it is in the 1st six months of the calendar year.
