they did at a point state a timeline for forward activity, a timeline that corresponds with the most recent deadline, however they have set numerous timelines in the past which have not been met all due to acceptable plausible reasons for the interruption. I get the feeling the UAE have been holding back in general on fa inal agreement to move forward and at the other end of that were briefs questioning where Plant No 2 would be built so I copncur there is a dedicated rationale reinforcing the deadline probably an alternate approach toward an outcome which might include a direct sale of all or ant assets to move forward in another direction or site, commercial in confidence negotiations would most likely exclude any formal announcement at this point, yes its been a discouraging journey but remain unprepared to sell. wether its hope or belief its a simple choice stay or leave past experience indicates staying is the best possible course of choice for my personal goals
