    very vague and a bit misleading as we were previously told that DFC legal due diligence can resume once an equity partner is found for the downstream Chem plant in UAE/Abu Dhabi

    but here your interpretation of this highlight is that they are after an equity partner in Namibia before DFC can begin legal due diligence

    which one is it? Or is it both?
