how can this recent announcement not be negative for shareholders
Karibib ownership already at 80%
what has the 20% owner done to add value thus far?
any further ownership sale or equity will reduce future revenues coming into LPDs books
timing of all this again is a red flag as LPD would not be negotiating from a position of maximum strength (ie confirmed resource increases, commissioned Cornish commercial demonstration plant - all imminent in or post October - sounds suspect doesn’t it)
