Wonder how they're going to pay Jefferies for their services? These guys aren't a charity, LPDs stock is not worth the paper it's written on and they have no cash left.
Either Jeffries are going to take a massive fee if they secure some deal, or LPD gonna CR to pay them, or probably a mix of both.
