Fair points. Yes, I am generally negative on the stock for reasons I have made clear previously. It does not mean I don’t own any and I trade it actively. Not the only stock that I own and dislike… Would have I participated to this placement back late Sep? probably not. Would I have participated after the CC announcement, noting that the termsheet allows for investments up to a couple of days after the announcement (!…)? Probably yes.
I am finding it odd, though in keeping with the SPX crew character, that meaningful information was only shared with selected few. Let’s see if this was in breach of any rules and regulations.
