Unfortunately he's no different, the woke, original board as you call them were the ones that hired Jay and the COO wife Miranda (which I think is incredibly poor governance having the 2IC being the wife of the 1IC both taking combined 600k+, no incentive but to keep wages flowing and keep status quo!) - Name another ASX public company with a husband and wife running the show?
We need a fresh overall with some real food industry operators, not uncommercial idealists thinking it's still the free money days of 2020 and earlier.
