they could have cancelled the cap raise, and raised at a higher price later on? with that money , they obviously knew there was going to be more opportunities at the forefront, and didnt want to reveal all their options in this letter. - hence they justified the continued raise on the economic climate.
mmhm but with that being said, I have faith with management.
