What provisions are they talking about? Surely they are obliged to provide us the letter to understand the extent of the failure by all parties in NKWE so we can make informed decisions if this is actually going to trade tomorrow!!? This needs a TH immediately until this is resolved!
Zijin effectively have control and have to show the balls to drive this through to completion!
Time again to send letters to the board and mgt of NKWE for their incompetence and incapacity to achieve any results!
