Yuck, not Mahe Capital. Absolute vultures. They did a similar thing "partially underwriting" a raise by another stock I hold, recently. They slipped a clause in there which said that if the SP closed below the offer price on 3 days before a set date, then they had the right to withdraw from the underwriting. This inevitably happened, which meant that the company was then forced to hold a new raise, at a significantly lower SP. Bunch of crooks.
