Like many on this forum I believe management have sold us out but on the other hand the rise to $2.10/share is only the result of the offer as some have pointed out. Long term the company share value is considerably greater than the offer price, confirmed if by nothing else than the offer price. Who knows perhaps Newman's knowledge of the litigation case and NEA's ability to come out unscathed is not as positive as we are led to believe.

What price did sophisticated investors pay a while back...two buck seventy springs to mind...but hey maybe they can afford the loss and wear the sixty cent per share depreciation? Or maybe those still burnt will vote NO.
