While I think the deal will go through, I sold yesterday. There is more risk with markets the way they are with less leverage now to extract a higher bid and no competitive offer yet.
Decided to take the profit and deploy into other beaten down stocks, with overall more upside (hopefully) than waiting for 2.10 or a little more.
