Exactly....Paula on circa $210,000 per annum and titled as Investor Relations... So why are we being directed to Computershare who (appear to) contract a telemarketing mob from outside Australia, who cant answer simple questions and read off a script...

Should we be calling Paula as the Investor Relations manager on 08 93270900 to engage staff in the job they are titled to do and paid for rather than taking calls from people disconnected with the business and paid to mass market a position?

Better still, Paula could (should?) be doing the calling communicating directly with Investors?? I would have thought that's as in the Job Description????????
