I agree, Coolhawk.
I personally don’t think that the large German, Chinese and Indian shareholders will support the proposed resolutions - for exactly the reasons you mentioned.
Except of course, they know a more than we small shareholders do.
Those big investors usually think long-term. The proposed changes in board and management don’t automatically increase the intrinsic value of their investment in TNG. Sacking key people may even jeopardize future prospects.
