we need to invite a representative of Drake onto the board and allow them to prepare a plan hilighting the structure of the board, management and marketing plan and they be given a month to do this. it shouldn't be difficult as if they are probably nearly there already.
we cannot have an expensive and extensive court battle. Ego's should be set aside. after all they are supposed to be working in the interests of all shareholders.
