Traffic guard identifying possible fraudulent actors and TMP categorising them as low quality supply partners and TMP choosing to no longer work with them (working to strategy)

Not enough staff internally to TMP to develop enough high quality supply leads

Not enough staff with the right “connections” to get quality supply leads.
