I noticed they are winding up their Brazilian outpost after finishing mining services at the Antas copper mine, owned by Oz Minerals. It looks like the mine is stopping earlier than expected (was always expected to finish some time in 2020).
Now I know that OZL will continue using the plant at Antas to process as a regional hub , with their Pedra Branca mine starting shortly and there was also talk of targeting smaller targets surrounding Antas as well.
Just wondering if the contract is being concluded early due to OZL moving to employ another company to provide mining services in the area of its hub?
Does anybody have any further insight on this?
