It was BS like all the other announcements, Frank would throw around big name legit companies to fool shareholders. The guy is a con artist and as he got away with it for so long, he started believing his own fairytales. He has no formal education but puts initials after his name to make him more credible, those initials are a paid membership, not a Uni degree.
