Considering it's only a 30% interest this other company has purchased (which is only ~3,000 net acres) and largely the fact that AKK still remains the operator, that basically rules out Anadarko or Noble.

The majority of large operators don't buy into projects unless they can operate the wells themselves (and apply what they believe is their superior skills for the same, or cheaper costs).
