Agreed, that's the source of all our frustration at the moment.

This discovery just 'looks' good. If the producing well is effectively shut in pending a gas/oil pressure fix, they'll need some time (but 90 days?) to show the farmout-ee exactly what we've got. I have no doubt that the FO partner is copping a good look at the data room as part of the DD process and despite it being 'just' a LOI, they've attributed real dollar values to it. It would be risky in the extreme to release this now, especially with a monetary value, if there was a chance the deal might go tits-up.


Gassed, I share your frustration old son, and meant my response to reflect this, your questions are meritorious. My response to the poster's quip re a TO being cheaper than a JV seemed appropriate given his model.
